VISITORS PARTICIPATION RULES (GCC)
Y.EAST festival
1. Introductory provisions
1.1. The present rules of participation (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) contains conditions and rules between the Actors Cultural Association (Representative: Orbók Áron) and the Zsámbék Basin Tourism Association (Representative: Thomas Russói) (hereinafter referred to as Organizers) and participants of Y.EAST festival (hereinafter referred to as Visitors). As well as the main rights and obligations between organizers and the visitors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties) resulting from the purchase of tickets (ticket, pass) relationship.
1.2. The organizer draws visitors' attention that Y.EAST is a festival held in special circumstances where the provisions in favor of the old air base defense and the protection of nature reserves must be followed (detailed in 4:15. Above)
Visitors must pay very special attention to the property, to preserve physical integrity, to avoid possible accidents.
1.3. Visitors enter at their own risk to the festival and the festival's programs, as laid out in 1.2 point, the Organizers does not have any influence on possible damages on the festival grounds, excludes any liability comprehensively.
1.4. Enter into the festival is possible only with valid ticket.
1.5. The Regulations on the basis of PTK. (2013 V. tv.) is considered as General Terms and Conditions (GTC), so that if any act or deed issued by the organizer mentioned GTC for the visitors GTC, it should be understood as this Regulations.
1.6. The current Regulations are available on http://yeast.hu page. During the festival the Regulations will be available at all the ticket sales and information point. Please read carefully before buying the ticket because with the redemption of ticket (if the visitor did not bought the ticket by himself, than with placing the wristband) visitor acknowledges and agree to the Regulations.
2. The content of the legal relationship between the Parties
2.1. The Organizer provides to Visitors against the purchase of the ticket the possibility of participation in the programs of the festival, visitors are required to pay the entry fee to the Organizer.
2. 2. The festival is made up of programs, the Organizers are working together with significant number of contributors, fulfill their function of implements, including performances by the possibility of retaining occur, or of how to participate in programs of the Organizer could not guarantee. The spectator places where a limited number of viewers could enter only, particularly in the case of the theater scene, enter available only in front of the entrance standing in line to get in, until the maximum seating becomes full.
If Visitor could not enter into a limited number of viewer program, the Visitor does not entitled to rights for claims.
3. Tickets (tickets, pass)
3.1. The Organizer provide information from the types of tickets and the prices on the website and the ticket sales and information points. The prices of tickets were defined in consideration of liability set out in these Regulations.
3.2. After purchasing tickets the armband embodies rights and obligations. The presale tickets and passes is required to replace to armband during the festival every day from 12:00 noon until 22:00 p.m. Armbands are available on the spot at Ticket sales desk every day from 12:00 p.m. until 22:00 p.m.; and at the Tourinform Office in Zsámbék in office hours.

3.3. Only harmless armbands worn on the wrist (in the absence of wrist on the ankle) entitle to participate in the programs, which are controlled at the entry by the responsible persons who are the representatives of the Organizer.
3.4. The Organizer does not replace stolen, abandoned, injured armband. The armband is not transferable, damaged armband (eg. re-glued, cut, larger than the hand diameter) is invalid.
3.5. Entry to the festival is free for children under 14 year-old with parental attendance.
4. The rights and obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Visitors are committed to the festival of civilized social coexistence generally accepted rules of behavior, causing the train laws and behave in accordance with this policy.
4.2. The Visitors are required to abstain from any conduct that could endanger or harm personal rights of others, life, physical integrity or health, as well as any behavior that does not match the festival spirituality.
4.3. The Visitors are committed to providing very special attention to the security of property, physical integrity and preserve the physical integrity of others, to avoid possible accidents, refrain from any conduct which is the festival's venues, in addition to the built or natural environment damage.
4.4. The Organizer provides Safe Deposit Box to visitors where they can place their valuables. The Safety Deposit Box is operating at the Info desk at the entrance of the festival every day from 12:00 noon until 22:00 p.m.
The Organizer urges the Visitors' attention to valuables are not left unattended, the values placed in the Safe Deposit Box.
4.5. The Visitors take note that the bottled and plastic bottled drinks are not eligible to enter into program locations.
4.6. Visitors to acknowledge that Organizer, and her license holders at the festival can make audio and video recordings, making them unlimited use (eg. publication, adaptation, reproduction, disclosure, and communication to the public distribution etc.) Visitors markedly indorse, for free. The referred audio and video recordings and usage in connection with the Visitors are not entitled to claim or demand against the Organizer.
4.7. Visitors are eligible for making audio and video recording on the festival, but audio and video recording of the concerts and programs are available only Organizer prior written permission.
4.8. For the Visitors on the festival continuous presence of ambulance and doctor service are provided, which is entitled to make use of social security services according to their relationship.
4.9. Visitors with participation to the festival specifically agrees to the security services, with the militia and volunteers work together comprehensively within the legal framework in case of emergency, follow their instructions.
4.10. The Organizer expressly reserves the rights to change the program, as well as location and date. The Visitors claim or demand is not entitled supported against the Organizer in connection with these changes.
4:11. The Organizer - the Ptk. circumscribed rules of attention – is liable for the deliberately damage caused by the Organizer, also for deliberately breach of contract which cause damage in human life or health against the Visitors with valid ticket/pass.
The Organizer expressly excludes all liability in connection with, personal and property damage are not mentioned in the preceding sentence, and is not responsible for any damage either, which arose from the Visitors failed the certification of extremely heightened attention to the preservation of their physical integrity.
4:12. Parking is available at the festival spot in case of valid access card. Parking cards have to be requested at the entrance, parking places are limited, assigned by the Organizers. Guarding does not provided. The objects placed in the parking lot, in particular the vehicles placed there, and placed in movable properties and values around the festival spot, damages or disappearance of objects left unattended the Organizer excludes liability.
4.13. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the restaurateurs, vendors, regarding other products and services provided by partners and contributors. Visitors can only take and access these services to their own risk. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by the contributors to the visitors, vendors, restaurateurs and other partners to offer their services, or other objects used in them activity.
4.14 The Visitors liable civil and criminal responsibility for any damage caused during the festival against the Organizer or Third Parties. The Organizer excludes liability for any loss or damage caused by the unlawful conduct of Visitors against vendors, restaurateurs, partners, and other entities.
4.15 Environmental rules and regulations for historic Anti-aircraft Base:
Visitors waste generated in the course of their stay are required to collect into the external container(s) on site.
Visitors are allowed to drive vehicle in the visiting area of the former missile base drive up the paved (concrete grille) roads, but off the road driving is forbidden, and parking allowed only in designated areas.
Visitor knows and accepts that the former missile base are protected Natura 2000. The ticket purchasing declares to be familiar with the legal provisions relating to the Natura 2000 Protected Areas and comply with them fully.
Visitor assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the damage he has caused. The Visitor is aware that former missile base area was once an active military installation, the area and the structures are not tourism or sports purposes have been designed and constructed. During the visit he/she keep this in his/her mind and use the area with caution and works of art, protects against fading.
5. Final Provisions
5.1 The personal scope of the Regulations covering the Organizers and Visitors. The relations between the Organizers and the contributing artists, restaurateurs, merchants have separate contracts. The Regulations are valid from the date of creation until indefinite date. The Visitor acknowledges that the Organizer shall be entitled to change unilaterally the Regulations.
5.2 Not detailed questions in the present Regulations are provisioned in Ptk. (2013 V tv.) and in other government laws.
